Returns & Refunds policy

At AyannaMars, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:

• Tumblers/Mugs/Cups: All tumbler/mug/cup sales are final. Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on tumblers. Please double-check your selection before purchasing.

• Shirts: We accept exchanges on shirts within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, the shirt must be in its original, unused condition with tags attached. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item(s) to us. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange as soon as possible.

Return Shipping Instructions: For shirt exchanges, please use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
