Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–7 business days after your order confirmation email is received. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Please note:

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time.
  • Processing time may be extended during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or new product launches).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and may range from 7–21 business days depending on location and customs processing.

Note: Customs, duties, and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take care to ensure your order arrives safely, we are not liable for lost or damaged packages once they leave our facility. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier and notify us so we can assist where possible.
